Ocean Zones Fact Sheet and Cut and Paste — 5 Layers of the Ocean

A two-page ocean zones science resource. Page 1 is a fact sheet describing the five ocean layers (Trenches, Abyss, Midnight Zone, Twilight Zone, Sunlight Zone) and the animals that live in each. Page 2 is a labeling and cut-and-paste activity where students color and label the layers, then place ten ocean animals (shell, fish, squid, whale, starfish, glow fish, jellyfish, coral, shark, shrimp) in the correct zone.
